I am presuming that this is Wayne Williams, Joy’s ‘tap’ instructor for many years. Apparently a terrific fellow with a great sense of humour, but the expression here is a bit more dour, with a hint of a smile, and likely because as Joy put in her notes, this is her last memorial portrait.
