Lipton’s Family portrait with dog

Another piece from the Lipton’s Soup commission, mentioned a number of times in this collection as a country wide set of images. Joy says she counted this dog as one of the portraits which in fact it truly is. As a humorous note to all the discussion about poses and the placement of figures, does this gentleman love his dog more than he loves his wife? Lol. This couple is fresh and youthful with beautifully expressed hair and bright young faces in comparison to some of the other Lipton groupings. Personally I love the yellow sweater as a bright foil to its equal other half. The image is cropped in order to emphasize the sitters rather than the background.
