Doris McCarthy

This is the centre-piece I made for 10 tables at the Doris McCarthy dinner. Each one had the following printed on the body of the angel: “May you be well and in your house may angels dwell” DORIS MCCARTHY: Consummate artist, writer, builder, thespian, gardener, theologian, woodcarver, teacher, skater, world traveller, philanthropist and loyal friend. Member of the Order of Canada, distinguished citizen and Honorary Doctor of Laws.
