This ancient green guy has a story behind him. Joy said “You may remember my tale of woe when a clay mask I made fell ofF the wall and lost a slew of bits from around its edges. The mask wilted in a corner of my studio for several months before I decided to try to resuscitate it and take it in to the Guild for rejurying. After some effort this was the result. It passed muster and while our esteemed president, Gary Faulkner, was holding it up for viewing someone snapped this photo and sent it to me afterwards (probably Adam Zhao) It’s too bad that Gary was having a bad hair day that night because nobody will really believe me when I say he is holding it but, I can assure you that I’m not embroidering the truth – it really IS Gary!”
